Demographic and epidemiological shifts are putting health and social care systems globally under increasing pressure, leading to a reduction in the quality-of-care experiences and outcomes for consumers, as well as uncontrolled cost inflation. New Care Models (NCMs) offer an approach to care delivery that aims to both improve consumer experiences and health outcomes and reduce costs. This report summary outlines how health and life insurers can drive the shift to NCMs and accompanies the full report, New Care Models.
