In 2025, we continued to strengthen our role as a leading platform for rigorous research and strategic dialogue on the forces reshaping insurance and society. Our research agenda explored critical issues, including geoeconomic fragmentation, Generative AI, climate resilience, longevity, and financial inclusion, with reports spanning topics from safeguarding home insurance and AI-enabled customer journeys to closing protection gaps in emerging economies.

We also expanded our global reach and convening power through the first Asia edition of our Programme on Regulation and Supervision (PROGRES) in Singapore, the growth of our C-level forums, and interactions with policymakers, regulators, and international organisations. At the same time, sustained media visibility, digital engagement, and stakeholder dialogue reinforced our position as a trusted voice on the future of insurance in an increasingly uncertain and interconnected world.
