Call for Papers - Geneva Association Research Grant 2017

Each year, The Geneva Association awards one research grant for submissions—usually doctoral theses carried out in the field of risk and insurance economics. The grant is intended to support research on a specific theme, whether this is in the form of a thesis leading to a doctoral degree or a research paper on that specific theme.

The theme of the 2017 research grant is Digitalisation in Insurance. The deadline for submissions is 9 December 2016.

Call for Papers - EALE2017

The 17th Joint Seminar of The Geneva Association and the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) will take place at the University of Iceland, Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources, Reykjavík, Iceland on 22–23 June 2017. The main topic of the seminar will be climate change and insurance. Any papers dealing with the law and economic aspects of climate change and insurance are invited.
