Maryam Golnaraghi’s 25-year career has been dedicated to pioneering climate resilience, climate risk management and decarbonisation initiatives. Her experience spans senior executive roles, entrepreneurship, and international advisory positions across the private sector, public sector, and United Nations. Maryam is currently the Director of Climate Change and Environment at The Geneva Association, the think tank for the global insurance industry. In this role, she collaborates with CEOs and executive teams of the largest re/insurance companies and builds cross-sectoral partnerships to boost the industry's contributions to addressing climate change.
Maryam's previous roles include Chief of Disaster Risk Reduction at the United Nations' World Meteorological Organization (2004–2014), where she headed up an international program and delivered capacity development projects in climate and disaster risk management to governments across more than 40 countries. She has provided advice to companies and boards of directors and been featured in platforms such as The Economist Climate Summit, Wall Street Journal Pro, BBC Radio, World Economic Forum, InsuranceERM, and Risk.net. Maryam holds a Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography, an M.Sc. in Applied Physics from Harvard University and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.

Thomas leads the Global Clement and Concrete Association’s global net zero implementation programme as well as global initiatives on innovation and international engagement.
Thomas joined the GCCA from Holcim, bringing 20 years of sustainability experience with a key focus on circularity and industrial ecology in both operational and functional roles. Most recently he led the development of Holcim’s decarbonisation programme and its circular business (Geocycle) across the EMEA region.

Lesley Harding is Global Head of Strategic Relationships, Energy & Transition Risk, and Global Clients Community Executive at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Lesley is responsible for the execution of Liberty Mutual’s global Energy and Transition Risk strategy, including profitability, growth, and strategic market positioning. She leads global industry specific strategic planning efforts and works across the business to strengthen Liberty Mutual’s presence as a partner of choice for clients operating in complex and evolving energy markets. In her role as Global Clients Community Executive, Lesley provides senior sponsorship and strategic leadership across Liberty Mutual’s global client community. She acts as an executive level liaison with major brokers and key global and regional clients, supporting collaboration, relationship management, and the development of client led solutions across the organisation. Lesley brings more than 30 years of experience in the energy insurance and risk management sector. Lesley held senior roles at Texaco Inc., Swiss Re, and Willis, and joined Liberty Mutual in 2020 from BP, where she served as Vice President and Global Head of Insurance Risk Management.

Ben Kinder has been in the Energy Insurance Market for 25 Years and is currently the Chief Underwriting Officer for Marine, Energy and Renewables at Tokio Marine HCC International.
His roles include a seat on the Tokio Marine Holdings Sustainability Committee where he oversees developing and delivering various ESG initiatives across the group. Ben is ACII qualified and also has an MBA from Henley Business School where many of his studies involved the implementation of ESG Policies across many organisations.
Outside of his role in Insurance, Ben is the Chairman of Trustees for a Charity by the name of Ashford Place who look to support people with Mental Health Issues across North-West London.

Alberto Ravagni brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and is a clean energy architect and industry expert in clean energy, energy storage, and fuel cell technologies. Since May 1st, Alberto is the CEO of the Net Zero Innovation Hub for Data Centers, an initiative funded by Microsoft, Google, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Data4 and Danfoss to accelerate the Net Zero Transition of the Data center Industry. Alberto is a co-founder of InfraPrime℠, a climate neutral data center infrastructure company focused on clean energy generation and energy storage products. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of SOLIDPower, a market leading fuel cells company, which commercialized fuel cells generators in megawatt scale for residential, SME, and data center clients including the Microsoft Fuel Cell Energy Lab in Seattle, Washington, USA. Alberto has a Master in Material Engineering from the University on Trento, a Ph.D. in Material Science from the Institute of New Materials of the Leibnitz Associations and a MBA from the Simon School of Rochester.
